Applications of design glass

From a practical point of view, or purely in terms of visual design, there are many forms of design glass and ways to apply it. An image on the door for visibility, for example, or a design film that adds colour, as well as offering privacy. Whichever option you choose, with design glass, what was previously a transparent and anonymous feature becomes the centrepiece of your creation.

Types of design glass

Because of its versatility, design glass offers solutions for a range of (architectural) challenges. The beautiful multicoloured film (dichroic) creates a rainbow effect on your glass surface. In addition, this added layer can also offer privacy, for example the milky white safety glass by Multisafe® Fade. But design glass also evolves with the times. Colourful designs can be applied to glass by way of screen printing. You can also opt for a full-surface colour with enamelled glass (Colorsafe®) or Vanceva film.
