Applications of noise control glass

We are constantly exposed to noise, which can have negative effects on our relaxation, concentration and health. Plenty of reason to opt for noise control glass to create a more peaceful environment at home, at school or at work. The soundproof material contained in the glass also blocks out as much as 99% of harmful UV rays, which also means the interior is less likely to discolour.

Noise control glass can also be used for partitions, conference rooms and glass roofs.

Types of noise control glass

There are different types of glass for different types of sounds (frequencies). The Multi Phon®, Isolide Phon® and Trisolide Phon® brands protect every room from both noise and heat. This enhances the comfort of the room. The use of noise control glass reduces noise levels by up to a quarter compared to standard double glazing.
